Puneet Bhardwaj graduated from MacEwan University in 2016 with a B.S.c in Psychology, and then left Edmonton, Alberta to pursue his degree in law from Bond University in Australia. Puneet graduated in 2018 earning a J.D with Honours. He moved back to Edmonton and articled with Mr. David Kolinsky, a prestigious and well respected family lawyer. Throughout his articling Puneet gained valuable experience and was successful in running his own Provincial Court Trials and hearings in the Court of Queen’s Bench.

With his own firm, Bhardwaj+Co, Puneet’s vision is to advocate for his client’s best interest whether it be through litigation or negotiation. You can trust Puneet in confidently being able to represent his clients through litigation when necessary while ensuring the cost effectiveness of his proposed solutions.

Jesse Khehra is an Associate Lawyer at Bhardwaj+Co with practice areas in civil litigation including personal injury, corporate/commercial and residential real estate law. Jesse graduated from the University of Leicester Faculty of Law in 2020 and went on to complete his Master of Laws in 2021. Jesse articled at a national personal injury law firm, where he gained extensive experience advocating for clients, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2024.

Today, Jesse assists individuals, families, and businesses with a wide range of legal matters. In his litigation practice, he is committed to achieving practical and effective resolutions. He also helps clients with estate planning and probate, guides them through residential and commercial real estate transactions, and provides strategic advice to entrepreneurs and companies on corporate and commercial matters.

Approachable and results-driven, Jesse works closely with his clients to deliver trusted legal guidance tailored to their needs.

After graduating from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2016, Claire was called to the Alberta Bar in 2017. Claire has practiced primarily in the area of family law since her articling year at the Legal Family Crisis Clinic in Edmonton. She has represented family law clients in the Court of Justice, Court of King’s Bench, and Court of Appeal.

Although Claire is a fierce litigator, her passion is helping real people resolve difficult legal problems in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. She offers client focused care and creative solutions to fit the diverse needs of those she serves. Claire’s first priority is to ensure that client needs and concerns are addressed. When you meet Claire for the first time, you will notice that she listens carefully to your concerns to create the most effective plan of action on your matter. Equally as important, she prioritizes getting to know each client as a person, so as to provide personalized legal solutions to fit the specific client. For those experiencing relationship breakdown or divorce, emotions can run high; when acting for a client faced with a family law issue, Claire knows that helping her client in managing those emotions is just as important as addressing the legal issues.

Claire sits on the Board of Directors for Kaleo Collective, a registered charity in Edmonton that provides a safe and supportive community for single mothers who are determined to build a secure foundation for their lives and, in turn, a positive future for their children.

Lauren earned her law degree from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law in 2021, articled at the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022.

Lauren practices in family law, residential real estate, and wills and estates. Lauren has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal.

Clients value Lauren not only for her strategic and practical legal guidance, but also for the kindness, responsiveness, and care she brings to every interaction. Known for her compassionate yet pragmatic approach, Lauren balances strong advocacy with empathy, an essential combination when resolving sensitive family matters and helping clients navigate significant life transitions. She understands that legal issues are often deeply personal and stressful, and she is committed to ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and informed at every stage of the process.

Whether guiding clients through a separation or divorce, assisting with the purchase or sale of a home, or helping families plan for the future through wills and estate planning, Lauren approaches every matter with diligence, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to achieving practical, positive outcomes. By listening carefully, advising clearly, and advocating effectively, she works to provide clients with stability, fairness, and peace of mind while building trusted, lasting relationships.

Outside her legal practice, Lauren is an active contributor to her community and regularly volunteers through her church. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes, travelling, and spending time with her loved ones.

Irvin obtained an undergraduate degree of B.A. Major in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas in 2002 and then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree in 2007. He took and passed the 2007 Philippine Bar Examinations and started practicing as a lawyer in the Philippines with focus on Corporate Law.

Irvin left the Philippines and immigrated to Canada in 2017 to join his wife. As an internationally trained lawyer, he underwent the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process and completed the program in 2020. He finished his articling in 2020 and completed the Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP) in 2021. Irvin was called to the Alberta Bar in June 2021 with Hon. Justice J.L. Dixon presiding.

As a Filipino immigrant, Irvin is well-versed in both the English and Tagalog language, and this worked well with his fellow Filipinos who are needing legal help.

As a result, Irvin’s practice area is diverse but he focuses mainly on family law, immigration law, and real estate law. This practice allowed him to appear in the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

All lawyers are committed to understand the matter of the client, but Irvin is a passionate lawyer who would go the extra mile of establishing a transparent, honest, and friendly solicitor-client relationship with any client. Not only does he explain, in detail, the client’s entitlement or responsibilities under the law but he also provides the practical aspect of bringing the matter into court as opposed to settling the matter out of court. Irvin has handled a lot of files which eventually resolved amicably. Ultimately, it is the sole prerogative of the client to decide and Irvin respects and fully supports that decision.

Outside of his legal profession, Irvin spends most of his time being with his family at home. He has a knack for cooking and has found interest in cooking mostly the Asian cuisine.
